Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at jet@carabao-culture.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
